White wine made with Godello grapes from 100% owned vineyards between Valtuille de Abajo and Cacabelos in the region of Bierzo. Planted on schist and clay soils, from vines with an average age of 30-35 years. All plots ferment in foudres and oak barrels. It is blended just before bottling. Aging is done in barrels of different sizes and ages. Bottled after 14 months without racking or stirring. It provides a balance between acidity and alcohol, offering special characteristics to the Godello wine. Description Kolor Godello is a fresh and well-balanced Godello with ripe citrus, red apples, and floral notes, the wine finishes fresh and refreshing. Bright light yellow gold. Floral and herbaceous notes. Chewy and broad on the palate, with flavors of pear nectar, dried peach, and honeysuckle that sharpen with a touch of ginger. It closes firmly with very good persistence, leaving a mineral note.
