This dish is enjoyed cold and can be accompanied by toasted bread with a red fruit jam, and if preferred, it can also be served with pickles.
Our Ecobovis organic grass-fed beef terrine is a combination of minced meat with other ingredients and seasonings, slowly cooked in a terrine mold until achieving a firm and compact mixture. Once cooled and rested for 24 hours, we can slice it to create a dish with a delicious and healthy bite, as it contains only 100% organic beef and ingredients from organic farming.

Beef (65%), liver (15%), heart (8%), kidney (5%), egg, onion, garlic, brandy, black pepper, and salt.
PREPARATION
It is consumed cold, and once opened, it should be consumed within a maximum of 3 days.
