The objectives are clear: animal welfare, improvement and care of the environment and our soils At ECOBOVIS we understand that, in order to increase organic matter and improve soil structure, making the most of water resources and minimizing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, our agriculture has to be carried out by direct sowing of our fields In this way we get a high quality meat, 100% organic grass, sustainable and environmentally conscious.
