From the Ecobovis kitchen, we want to offer you a grass-fed beef and marrow burger, ready to heat and eat, cooked to your preferred doneness.
Marrow is a whitish substance found inside bones (especially within long bones like the femur). In recent years, it has been embraced by haute cuisine for its delicious and intense flavor that enhances every bite.
The ingredients we use are ground beef from organic grass-fed cattle, sourced from prime cuts (1st category A) such as the flank, the round, and the top round. The marrow is extracted from the bones of our grass-fed calves, and we add olive oil and salt to the mixture (without any artificial additives or preservatives).
Marrow adds a rich and flavorful texture, and among its benefits, it is known to be rich in nutrients such as minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids, and omega-3. This burger is made 100% naturally and organically.
INGREDIENTS:
Beef (98%), beef marrow (1%), virgin olive oil, sea salt flakes.
PREPARATION:
Microwave: Puncture the container with two or three holes, and heat for approximately 1 to 2 minutes at maximum power, until the internal temperature reaches 65ºC.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 180ºC, remove from the packaging and place in a baking dish, and heat for about 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 65ºC.
