From the kitchen of Ecobovis, we present to you our stuffed eggplant with organic beef and vegetables, topped with a cheese gratin and covered in a smooth leek béchamel, ready to heat and eat.
The meat from the roasted eggplant adds juiciness and a toasted touch to the palate, which, when combined with the sautéed vegetables, fried tomato sauce, and organic beef that provides us with energy and protein, results in a balanced texture. The leek béchamel gives the dish a sweet flavor profile.

INGREDIENTS:
Minced beef (74%), eggplant (16%), fried tomato sauce (4%), onion, carrot, garlic, leek, black pepper, and salt, milk, butter, corn flour, cheese, extra virgin olive oil.
PREPARATION:
Microwave: Poke the container with two or three holes, heat for approximately 3 to 4 minutes at maximum power, until reaching 65ºC inside.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 150ºC, remove from the packaging, and transfer to a baking dish, cooking for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, until reaching 65ºC inside.
