Stewing beef (90%), onion, carrot, fried tomato, garlic, wine, extra virgin olive oil (0.5%), thyme, black pepper, and salt.
PREPARATION
Microwave: Piercing the container with two or three holes, heat for approximately 2 to 3 minutes at maximum power, until it reaches 65ºC inside.
Bain-Marie: Heat without opening the container for approximately 12 minutes, until it reaches 65ºC inside, let it rest and open carefully, avoiding burns from the steam.
