Our Aged Sheep's milk cheese is a private label product, made from sheep's milk and with an intense, semi-spicy flavour, characteristic of this type of curing. It comes in complete halves weighing approximately 1.5 kg, or in "mini" cheeses weighing 1 kg. In this way, you can choose the size that best suits your needs, in this case, we present the Half Cheese format.
