Small farmers in Tanzania have founded the Kagera Cooperative Union (KCU). In the vicinity of Lake Victoria, they cultivate ecologically excellent Arabica and Robusta. After harvesting, they roast the rich aromatic beans and process them into high-quality instant coffee. More people have found work and are paid fairly thanks to Fair Trade.
