Me cuesta muchísimo creer que esto que me han enviado sea una paleta ibérica de bellota. No tiene saor, está dura, durísima, no sé cuánto tiempo la habrán tenido almacenada. Me siento estafada. Sin duda, y después de haber pedido a diferentes proveedores muchos jamones y paletas, este es, de lejos, el peor.
