From any of our Hams we offer the possibility of presenting it deboned and divided into the 3 natural parts of the Ham: Thigh, Hock and Tip. With this presentation we can enjoy our whole Ham but with the possibility of consuming it over a longer period of time without the concern of it drying out too much. As each piece is vacuum sealed, we can store it in a dry and cool place, avoiding taking up too much space in our kitchen. Also included is the hock pre-cut for use in the preparation of stews, soups, and any other broth of choice. In the production of all our Hams, only sea salt is used.
