Dominus Acebuche is an extra virgin olive oil made from wild olives. It comes in a 250 ml format and corresponds to the harvest of 2025/2026. The olives are hand-picked at the Cortijo Virgen de los Milagros, located at 600 meters above sea level near Sierra Mágina. Here, the olive trees grow surrounded by aromatic plants and adapt to the mountainous environment. The manual harvest and cold extraction result in a production of about 950 liters of wild olive oil per harvest.
Its aromatic profile is deep and complex, with intense green notes of artichoke, raw acorn, and tomato plant. On the palate, it combines bitterness and spiciness with hints of almond, wood, and rosemary, leaving a fresh, lingering aftertaste. It is characterized as a powerful, rustic oil, both sweet and delicate, linked to the wild landscape of Sierra Mágina.
