The Matahermosa Brut Nature is a sparkling wine from the Jaén region, known as "The Cava of Jaén". It is made using the traditional method, with second fermentation in the bottle, ensuring its unique characteristics. With a volume of 75 cl and an alcohol content of 11.5% Vol., it presents a bright pale yellow color and good formation of small bubbles, along with an elegant crown. Its aroma is clean and straightforward, with notes of green apple and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is rich, broad, balanced, and fresh, offering a long and persistent finish. The ideal serving temperature is between 5 and 7 ºC, making it the perfect accompaniment for any meal.
