The Taggiasca variety, traditionally cultivated in Italy, was first planted in Spain in 2015 on a Padilla family estate. Its early harvest takes place in the first days of October, and the oil is obtained on the same day of the harvest, through cold extraction (22ºC - 24ºC), ensuring its maximum freshness and quality.
