A well-made wine that will appeal to the widest possible audience! The colour is dark with purple highlights. On the nose, the wine is still a little closed, but quickly opens up to aromas of blackberry, black olive jam and lily. The palate is reminiscent of the garrigue of the south, again with aromas of black olive and sandalwood. This wine is fresh, full-bodied and spicy. Goes well with rib of beef, pork filet mignon with olives, blue cheese.. A commitment to ecological and sustainable viticulture, with agroforestry at the heart of the project.
