Benoît Serre, its creator, is a passionate and fascinating beekeeper who produces 100% natural and artisanal honey. While the story began with the desire to save his grandfather's few beehives, Benoît now has 140 hives located in 10 different places. The honey is cold-extracted, therefore not heated, to preserve all its taste and nutritional qualities.
