Degree: 13.4% vol. Variety: 100% Mencía. Our Demencia Mencía can be considered our Village Wine, as all the grapes come from our vineyards in Villafranca del Bierzo. We use old and poor vineyards with goblet training, with a minimum age of 80 years. Yields are very low, and the grapes have great complexity and aging potential.
