The Altos de Valdoso Roble is an exceptional wine, made from 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo). From vineyards at an altitude of 1,000 meters, this wine benefits from a unique climate that contributes to its superior quality. It ages in 2- and 3-year-old barrels, maturing for 4 months in contact with wood, of which 60% is French oak and 40% American oak. This careful selection of barrels allows the wine to gain complexity and elegance. After manual harvesting, the winery's proximity to the vineyards ensures a quick vinification in small quantities, guaranteeing that each bottle reflects the best of its origin. With a controlled fermentation at temperatures between 22 and 25 ºC, Altos de Valdoso Roble is a wine meant to be enjoyed alone or with dishes that highlight its character.
