It is part of Monovarietalis, a collection of Premium oils with which, every season, we present the earliest and most carefully crafted oils.

The oils in the Monovarietalis collection do not contain any additives. The different characteristics of each extra virgin simply vary because each oil is extracted from a different variety of olive and choosing its harvest time.

The extra virgin olive oil Hojiblanca from Monovarietalis is a juice with a medium-high fruity flavor, more intense in spiciness than bitterness. Ideal for accompanying gazpacho, salmorejo, purees, and salads.
