Tasting note: The grapes are harvested by hand in crates during the first fortnight of December, on steep slopes at an altitude of over 800 metres above sea level. In the winery, a selection is made to remove the grapes that are not in optimum ripening conditions. Subsequently, it is placed in tanks where it partially ferments and undergoes a long maceration of 5 months. As a result we obtain this wine with such a particular liquor. This overripe grape gives us as a result an amber muscatel with dark topaz reflections. It exhibits in all its splendor the fruity and floral aromas, even spicy. In the mouth it is very balanced, tasty, glyceric and the sugars appear framed in a fine acidity

Marriage: Traditionally with desserts, cakes, ice cream, ideal with puff pastries, almond cake and sponge cakes. Also to accompany roasted nuts and for the more daring with foie gras
