Nieu Liqueur Wine is a unique product sourced from vineyards located at altitudes of 1,200 to 1,300 meters in the Aragonese Pyrenees. This privileged location enables the production of grapes with lower sugar concentration and higher acidity, resulting in a balanced wine. It has an alcohol content of 12.5% and is made organically and artisanally, with limited production ensuring product quality. During fermentation, the process is halted midway and wine alcohol is added, preserving the natural residual sugars, contributing a sweetness counterbalanced by the wine's acidity. This creates a fresh and not cloying sensation in the mouth, ideal for enjoying with appetizers. Additionally, its aromatic profile is characterized by floral and fruity notes along with a slight syrupy touch.
