Tasting note: An attractive red wine made from old vines of Garnacha from vineyards over 30 years old characterized by low yields and high quality grain. Aged for 6 to 8 months in French and American oak barrels. The Particular Garnacha Old Vine is a singular wine with an intense cherry red colour, well covered, with garnet rim and violet tones. On the nose it expresses elegant and intense aromas of ripe red fruits and spices, roasted over a balsamic background. In the mouth it is structured, tasty and powerful with fine tannins, soft and balanced, broad in the mouth with an elegant finish

Marriage: red meats, stews and fatty fish.

Serving temperature:Serve between 16 and 18°C.
