Pattar is an aged distilled spirit made entirely naturally in a traditional way from Alava potatoes. The exquisite care of the raw material, its double distillation in a copper still, the 30 months of aging in American oak barrels (ExBourbon) and French oak barrels (ExRioja Alavesa) give it a unique and surprising character. Amber yellow color. Bright and luminous. Delicate aromas of cocoa, vanilla, terroir, and wine memories from its aging in Rioja Alavesa and Bourbon barrels.
