White Vermouth St. Petroni is made after a careful selection of the best wines of the region. The St. Petroni White Vermouth is elaborated after a vinification on lees of the Albariño variety and a fresh maceration of 28 selected plants, among which the Herbón-Padrón pepper stands out, St. Petroni White is born. A white vermouth of pale yellow colour with mineral touches, outstanding citric and very fresh herbaceous notes. The palate is balanced, structured and very fresh, highlighting a broad and elegant aftertaste of spicy sweetness
