It is part of Monovarietalis, a collection of Premium oils with which, each season, we present the earliest and most carefully crafted oils. The oils in the Monovarietalis collection do not contain any additives. The different characteristics of each extra virgin vary simply because each oil is extracted from a different variety of olive and choosing its harvest time. The Royal extra virgin olive oil from Monovarietalis is a complex and balanced juice, with notes of citrus and a slight spiciness.
