The Valdejasa Tinto from Vinos Castejón is a natural and authentic wine, made without added sulfites from Garnacha grapes from old dry-farmed vineyards in Castejón de Valdejasa, Zaragoza. This red wine reflects the winemaking tradition of the region, offering a robust and sincere profile that evokes flavors of yesteryear. With a minimum aging of 12 months in French and American oak barrels, and at least 6 months in the bottle, it has a cherry color with orange hues. On the nose, mature fruit aromas stand out, along with balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate, it is assertive and full-bodied, with sweet tannins and a spicy aftertaste.
