It is a classic white wine from Somontano. It comes from a selection of the best vineyards of white grapes from the D.O. It is a very elegant and structured white wine, which reaches its full potential after some time in the bottle. Since its first vintage in 1996, its blend is a well-kept secret. It has a low-intensity straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The aromatic phase is intense, open, wide, and complex. On the nose, it reminds us of aromas of very ripe stone fruit, tree fruit petal flowers, and fennel seeds. The palate is dense and meaty, smooth and silky, powerful and long.
