Zarihs is a red wine that stands out for its 100% Syrah variety, produced by Bodegas Borsao in the Borja area, Zaragoza, under the Denomination of Origin Campo de Borja. The making of this wine is meticulous: 40% of the Syrah is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months, while the remaining 60% matures in stainless steel tanks. This provides a perfect balance between depth of flavor and freshness. On the nose, Zarihs presents a powerful aroma of blackberries, complemented by a subtle hint of wood smoke and sweet vanilla. As it airs, notes of dark chocolate emerge that further enrich the experience. On the palate, this wine showcases a very good body, silky and with soft tannins. The predominant flavors are of dark fruits, including wild blackberries and dried plums, with a finish reminiscent of espresso coffee. To enjoy its best flavor, it is recommended to consume it at a temperature of 16ºC. This wine, with an alcohol content of 15% vol., comes in a 75cl bottle, making it an ideal choice for special moments or dinners with company.
