Aalto PS is an exceptional wine that represents the excellence of Tinta Fina (Tempranillo). It comes from small plots of old vineyards (between 60 and 100 years old) located in Burgos municipalities such as La Horra and Quintana del Pidio. It is aged for 18 to 21 months in new French oak barrels. This wine has an impressive concentration: with a dark purple color, it reveals intense aromas of very ripe black fruit, spices, licorice, tobacco, and mineral notes characteristic of its terroir. On the palate, it is powerful, full-bodied, and structured, but with such noble and polished tannins that they feel velvety. It is a long, complex wine with aging potential for decades. It is only produced in vintages where the quality is outstanding.
