Ratafia L'Hòstia is a distinctive liqueur from Penedés, characterized by its high alcohol content compared to conventional ratafías. This traditional liqueur is made with green walnuts, to which more than twenty local herbs and botanicals, such as rosemary, cinnamon, fennel, dry anise, and sage, are added. After careful maceration lasting four months, sugar is added before bottling.
