It combines the freshness of the plots that fermented in tank and the structure and complexity of those that did so in barrel.Quinta Apolonia is a wine that combines the freshness and fragrant aromas of the Verdejo variety together with its terroir, as well as possessing a touch of wood that reinforces, gives depth, structure, and silkiness to the wine. Glyceric, creamy, and unctuous. On the nose, we find citrus aromas and ripe fruit such as apricots and pineapple, along with notes of dry herbs, withered flowers, and spicy touches like vanilla. The entry is powerful and tasty with the presence of ripe fruit and a very balanced overall.A unique wine ideal for pairing with grilled shellfish, white and blue fish, vegetables, salads, and lean chicken or pork with light and creamy sauces.
