Château Haut Selve is a red wine that stands out for its classic balance and contemporary elegance. Located in the Graves region (named for its gravel and stone soils), the wine possesses a very distinctive minerality and structure. It is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of red and black fruits (currant, blackberry), notes of cedar, tobacco, and a very refined smoky background. On the palate, it is dense, with silky tannins and a freshness that perfectly balances its power, offering a long and persistent finish that invites you to keep drinking.
