Rebeldes Tinto is a young wine from the Montsant Denomination of Origin, crafted within an innovative collaborative project where sommeliers, winemakers, and viticulturists work together to produce modern and accessible wines. This wine comes with the intention of reflecting the most rebellious and carefree side of Montsant, using grapes from young vineyards located between Marçà and Masroig, in a privileged area characterized by mild temperatures and low rainfall, along with the influence of Mediterranean breezes. It is made from a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, and Syrah, contributing a balanced flavor profile: Garnacha provides juiciness, Cariñena adds structure and freshness, and Syrah brings a spicier note. The vinification occurs in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control, aiming to preserve the fruity character and primary expressiveness of the wine. Part of the Cariñena may undergo brief aging in wood fudres, which adds a subtle layer of complexity without sacrificing freshness.
