Coto Mayor Reserva is a red wine made primarily from the Tempranillo variety, sourced from selected vineyards in Rioja Alta. This wine represents the balance between traditional viticulture and precise winemaking techniques. It undergoes a minimum aging of 18 months in American and French oak barrels, followed by a resting period in the bottle of at least an additional 18 months before being released to the market to ensure its roundness and complexity.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color with brick edges characteristic of its aging. On the nose, it is complex and elegant; ripe red fruit aromas stand out, integrating with notes of vanilla, cocoa, and sweet spices contributed by the wood.
