Care Chardonnay is a young white wine from the DO Cariñena, made 100% with the Chardonnay variety by Bodegas Care. It comes from selected vineyards in a continental climate influenced by the Mediterranean, allowing for balanced maturation and a fresh, expressive wine. The harvest is done at the optimal ripening point. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel preserves the aromatic intensity and varietal purity of the Chardonnay. It has a bright straw-yellow color with a clean nose showcasing aromas of white fruit, white flowers, and delicate notes of tropical fruits, along with a refreshing citrus background. On the palate, it is juicy and silky, with well-integrated flavors of apple, pear, and tropical fruits. Its balanced acidity adds vibrancy, and the finish is fresh and persistent. This wine is ideal as an aperitif or with salads, pastas, fish, seafood, and Mediterranean dishes. To fully appreciate its aromatic expression, it is suggested to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC.
