Young red wine made by the Vins de Pedra project, led by winemaker Marta Pedra. This wine is a tribute to the freshness of the Conca de Barberà, using a blend where Garnacha and Trepat (a native grape of the area) play a fundamental role in achieving that light and fluid profile.
The production aims to enhance fruit expression above all. After a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine does not undergo prolonged aging in wood, which allows it to maintain all its energy and liveliness. It is a "thirst-quenching" wine, designed to be enjoyed without complications.
In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red color with a medium layer. On the nose, there is an explosion of fresh red fruit (cherries, raspberries) with a floral touch and the characteristic spicy background of white pepper brought by the Trepat. On the palate, it is agile, with a refreshing acidity that makes it very vertical and easy to drink. A red with the soul of a white due to its freshness, ideal for pairing with appetizers, cold cuts, gourmet pasta, pizzas, and white meats.
