Entrelobos Tinto
Entrelobos is a red wine that stands out for its frankness and untamed character. It comes from vineyards located in one of the coldest and highest areas of the Ribera region, which gives it an unusual freshness for the area. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, it does not seek the heaviness of wood, but rather complements a prominent black fruit (blackberry, plum) with notes of underbrush and a hint of spice. On the palate, it has "grip" yet is balanced; its tannins are firm but well-integrated, leaving a sensation of purity and liveliness. It is an ideal red for those who enjoy structured wines that do not compromise on the freshness of the countryside.
