Termes Blanco is a white wine from D.O. Toro crafted by Bodega Numanthia with Malvasía Castellana from old dry-farmed vineyards. The selected plots are located in the Toro area, at about 700-750 meters altitude, and the harvest is done by hand. On the nose, it offers a fresh and aromatic expression, with notes of white and stone fruits, citrus, white flowers, and delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it’s broad, lush, and balanced, with good structure and acidity that adds freshness and length. Part of the production takes place in French oak barrels and another part in concrete tanks. The subsequent aging on its lees adds texture and complexity to the whole. The result is an elegant and gastronomic white with interesting aging potential, combining the aromatic expression of Malvasía Castellana with the breadth and balance described in its tasting profile.
