Can Matons is a white wine that pays homage to the winemaking tradition of the D.O. Alella, one of the oldest and smallest designations in Catalonia. Produced in Sant Fost de Campsentelles, this wine stands out for its freshness and elegance. The predominant variety is Pansa Blanca (Macabeo), although in some vintages it may include other white grapes. The vinification is done carefully to preserve its aromatic freshness. It presents an attractive pale yellow color with greenish reflections, intense aromas of white fruits such as apple and pear.
