Font de la Figuera is a red wine with the soul of Priorat but with a charming accessibility. This wine is primarily made from Garnacha and Cariñena (Samsó), complemented by a touch of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes come from young and medium-aged vineyards growing on the famous slate slopes (llicorella), giving it its unmistakable mineral character. On the nose, it stands out for its intensity of ripe red and black fruit, accompanied by Mediterranean herb notes like thyme and rosemary, and an elegant spiced background from its 12 months of aging in French oak barrels.
