This wine is born with a clear vocation to express the Mediterranean character of the territory through a precise and contemporary interpretation of sparkling rosé.Roent Rosé is made from Pinot Noir and Garnacha, sourced from the family vineyard Mas Escorpí, managed under the principles of biodynamic viticulture. This vineyard, planted on clay-limestone soils with the presence of pebbles, provides a balance between freshness and structure, two of the pillars of the wine's style.The harvest is carried out manually with a strict selection of the grapes. After a controlled skin maceration, the characteristic rosé color is obtained through the bleeding method. Subsequently, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle following the traditional method and remains on its lees for a prolonged period, usually between 18 and 24 months, which allows it to develop complexity and a fine, well-integrated bubble.Roent is structured, distancing itself from lighter or simpler styles. On the nose, it offers an aromatic expression dominated by fresh red fruit like strawberry and raspberry, ripe peach, with citrus and floral notes such as roses on a background of Mediterranean herbs.On the palate, it stands out for its balance between freshness and volume, with a fine bubble that provides texture and a creamy sensation. The mouthfeel is broad, with good structure and a slightly vinous character that gives it depth, always maintaining a clean and persistent finish with hints of red fruit and balsamic notes.
