Cruor Magnum is the most classic expression of Priorat, made from vineyards located in the prestigious Llivorella area, in the municipality of Bellmunt del Priorat. This wine originates from a unique and majestic landscape, where since the 13th century the historic Casa Gran de Siurana has stood, a cradle of tradition and winemaking excellence. The 2019 vintage is remarkable, characterized by a perfect balance between ripeness and freshness, providing aromatic intensity and elegance. Visually, it presents a deep ruby color with garnet reflections, while on the nose, there are concentrated aromas of ripe dark fruits like plums, blackberries, and cherries, along with notes of licorice, sweet spices, and a subtle mineral background. On the palate, it feels both powerful and silky, with polished tannins and a balanced acidity that brings freshness, along with a long and persistent finish that highlights the typically Prioratini character.
