This pét-nat is made from the Mataró variety, grown on granite soils (sauló), with no added sulfites and no filtration, following the ancestral method, which bottles the must before fermentation is complete, resulting in a lively, natural, and authentic bubble. Its production respects the environment with sustainable practices and reusable materials, such as recycled cava bottles.
Appearance: Pale pink, slightly cloudy due to its production without disgorging; fine and persistent bubbles.
Aroma: Intense aromas of fresh red fruit (strawberry, raspberry), delicate floral notes, and citrus hints of grapefruit.
