It is a Gran Reserva Brut Nature made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Garnacha, sourced from the best plots of the winery in Penedès. With an average aging of 30 months in the cellars, this rosé presents a pale salmon color, very elegant and of Provençal style. On the nose, it is delicate yet intense, with notes of red fruits (currants, raspberries) that blend with hints of toasted bread, nuts, and a floral touch of rose petals. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and very silky, with a fine bubble that enhances its freshness and a long, persistent finish.
