Light Capture is a white wine from the Rías Baixas designation of origin, made as part of the Social Wines project with Galician wineries like Pedralonga. This single-varietal Albariño is inspired by Galileo Galilei's phrase: "wine is sunlight captured by water." The grapes come from vineyards influenced by the Atlantic Ocean, where the humid climate and granite soils contribute a unique mineral character. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the varietal purity of the Albariño. It has a pale yellow color and is distinguished by notes of pear, peach, and subtle citrus. The palate is fresh and balanced, with vibrant acidity and a salty mineral touch that prolongs the refreshing finish. Ideal for pairing with seafood, fish, rice, and sushi, it is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC.
