Mistinguett Brut Nature is a cava produced by the Vallformosa group under the D.O. Cava. It is a traditional blend of the three classic varieties of Penedès: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. As a Brut Nature, no sugar is added after disgorging, making it a dry, pure, and very gastronomic cava.
The winery applies sustainable viticulture and uses the traditional method (champenoise), with a minimum aging of 12 months in bottle. It is a cava designed to be versatile: fresh enough for an aperitif but with the structure needed to accompany a full meal. Additionally, it has vegan certification, a distinctive hallmark of the Vallformosa house across all its products.
In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine bubble that forms a persistent crown. On the nose, aromas of white fruit (apple, pear) dominate, with subtle notes of white flowers and a very light pastry background. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and very refreshing, with a clean acidity that enhances the sensation of freshness.
