Siós Cau del Gat is a modern red wine and a true expression of the Syrian variety, already regarded as the queen of our grapes. In its VI limited edition, this wine is carefully made by selecting the best grapes from our vineyards while paying attention to all production details: a process that includes four weeks of temperature control and other significant factors. Its aging spans 9 months in French oak barrels, allowing for perfectly polished and balanced tannins. Visually, Siós Cau del Gat presents an attractive cherry red color with violet hues and great intensity. Its aromatic profile is rich and complex, highlighting notes of ripe dark fruit, such as blackberries and blueberries, complemented by elegant touches of cocoa and a deep mineral background. On the palate, its structure is imposing yet gentle, making it a persistent and elegant wine, representative of the innovative character of the Balaguer region.
