Motor Callet
Motor Callet is a groundbreaking wine. Made 100% from the indigenous variety Callet, this wine seeks the most "vivid" and electric expression of the grape. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and is briefly aged to preserve an astonishing fruit purity. On the nose, it is an explosion of wild red fruits, floral notes, and a mineral and Mediterranean herb background (aromas of "garriga"). On the palate, it is light, very fluid, and has a vibrant acidity that makes it dangerously drinkable.
