This wine combines the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the fruitiness of Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and the character of Samsó (Cariñena), sourced from selected plots for their freshness and balance.
After a controlled temperature fermentation to preserve the primary aromas, the wine undergoes aging of 6 months in French and American oak barrels. This brief time in wood aims to round out the tannins and provide subtle spicy notes without masking the purity of the red and black fruit.
Intense cherry color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it is frank and suggestive, with notes of raspberry, black plum, licorice, and slight hints of vanilla and toasty notes.
