Pet Nat Le Naturel

Pet Nat Le Naturel is the first sparkling wine produced by Aroa Bodegas using the ancestral method, completing the fermentation in the bottle itself without any second fermentation or disgorgement. It is the most traditional and pure way to capture bubbles. Following the philosophy of Le Naturel, no sulfites or any other ingredients are added, allowing the wine to express the vineyard from which it comes with complete honesty.

Opening this wine evokes the moment when freshly harvested grapes arrive at the winery: freshness, fruit, and naturalness. It features vibrant acidity, fine and well-integrated bubbles, and an aromatic profile that recalls the harvest in its pure state. Made from Garnacha Blanca sourced from organic vineyards in the Valle de Yerri, where Aroa Bodegas works with biodynamic farming and minimal intervention.

Origin and Vineyard:
Coming from organic vineyards located sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountains, on fresh clay-limestone soils. Low production and vineyards without synthetic chemical treatments. Manual harvest began on September 14.

Production:
Gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures (16 ºC) to maintain freshness and aromas. When the must reaches between 16 and 20 g/l of residual sugar, it is bottled to finish fermentation in the bottle according to the ancestral method. No sulfites are added. It is marketed without disgorgement and with the original stopper from the end of fermentation.

Tasting Notes:Visual: Intense straw-yellow with greenish reflections and subtle golden tones. Slight turbidity typical of the method without filtration or disgorgement. Fine and light bubbles.
Aroma: High intensity. Fresh aromas of pear, apple, and stone fruit, with notes of lees (bakery, creaminess) and a final honeyed touch.
Palate: Very fine and integrated bubbles, broad entry, excellent acidity, and depth. A fresh, pleasant wine that is very easy to drink.
