The Roura Xarel·lo is a white wine that stands out for its typicity and direct connection to the terroir of Alella. In appearance, it shows a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, very clean and bright. On the nose, it is a straightforward and varietal wine, where the aromas of white fruit, such as apple and pear, blend with subtle notes of Mediterranean herbs and a characteristic mineral background from the "sauló" soils (decomposed granite). On the palate, it surprises with its freshness and balanced structure; it is a dry wine, with a well-integrated acidity that gives it great liveliness. Its passage through the palate is silky, leaving a long aftertaste with a slight bitter finish, typical of Xarel·lo, which gives it a unique and very gastronomic personality. It is an elegant white that reflects the essence of the vineyards close to the sea.
